The Sugar River
Valley Chapter of Pheasants Forever will be holding its 18th Annual
Banquet at Lelle’s, in Woodford on Saturday Night, October 8th.
Doors will open at 5:00 with Dinner starting at 6:00-7:30 pm.
Auction will start at 8:00 pm. Please
check which type of memberships you want, fill in the names and ages of any
youth and the name of your spouse. Include
a check for the tickets and Rooster Bucks you would like.
Use the back of this form for additional memberships. If you have planted a wildlife food plot, please include the type and
numbers of acres planted, so we can include you in our sponsor/food plot
provider/committee member banquet later this fall or early this winter. (Date to
